The minimum standards for renewal of an endorsement as a mortgage loan originator shall include the following:
(a)
The mortgage loan originator continues to meet the minimum standards for obtaining an endorsement as a mortgage loan originator.
(b)
The mortgage loan originator satisfies the annual continuing education requirements described in Section 10166.10.
