(a) The Attorney General shall immediately suspend the registration of a seller of travel who has been convicted of a felony offense pursuant to Section 17550.19. (b) A person who has been convicted of a felony offense pursuant to Section 17550.19 is prohibited, for a period of seven years commencing on the date of his or her conviction, from registering as a seller of travel and from participating in the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.
