There is in the Department of Consumer Affairs a Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians of the State of California, which consists of 11 members.
(b)
As used in this chapter, “board” means the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians of the State of California.
(c)
This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2029, and as of that date is repealed.
