(a) Every person who knowingly or willfully violates Section 4055, 4059, 4060, 4061, 4062, 4063, 4064, 4065, 4077, 4080, 4081, 4083, or 4332 with respect to dangerous drugs by use of a minor as an agent is guilty of a felony. (b) Nothing contained in this section shall apply to a

(a)
Every person who knowingly or willfully violates Section 4055, 4059, 4060, 4061, 4062, 4063, 4064, 4065, 4077, 4080, 4081, 4083, or 4332 with respect to dangerous drugs by use of a minor as an agent is guilty of a felony.
(b)
Nothing contained in this section shall apply to a pharmacist furnishing dangerous drugs pursuant to a prescription.
