(a)
Every off-campus educational program site shall display in a conspicuous place a consumer notification specifying that the veterinary facilities are also being used for diagnosis and treatment of animals by graduate students enrolled in a veterinary medicine program.
(b)
Notwithstanding Section 4831, or any other provision of law, a violation of subdivision (a) shall not be a crime.
