(a) “Licensed hydrolysis facility” means a corporation, partnership, or natural person licensed pursuant to Article 2.7 (commencing with Section 7639). A licensed hydrolysis facility shall be considered a cemetery licensee for purposes of disciplinary action pursuant to Article 6 (commencing with Section 7686). (b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2020.
