If any cemetery authority refuses to pay such expenses, the bureau shall refuse it a certificate of authority and shall revoke any existing certificate of authority. All examination expense moneys collected by the bureau shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the Cemetery and Funeral Fund.
(b)
This section shall become operative on July 1, 2016.
