(a)
The bureau shall establish the fee to obtain or renew a hydrolysis facility license, which shall not exceed the reasonable cost of license administration.
(b)
Every licensee operating a hydrolysis facility pursuant to a license issued pursuant to this article shall pay an additional charge eleven dollars and fifty cents ($11.50) per hydrolysis made during the preceding quarter, which charges shall be deposited into the Cemetery and Funeral Fund.
