Summary

For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:
(a)
“FFA” means a foster family agency or a noncustodial adoption agency, as these terms are defined in Section 1502 of the Health and Safety Code.
(b)
“Public entity” has the same meaning as defined in Section 811.2 of the Government Code.
