In this division, the following definitions apply.
(1)
“Adjustment date” means July 1, 2025, or the date that is one year after the effective date of the act adding this division, whichever is later.
(2)
“Division 12” means Division 12 (commencing with Section 12101).
(3)
“Division 12 property” means a controllable account, controllable electronic record, or controllable payment intangible.
(b)
