This title does not apply to any of the following persons:
(a)
A corporation.
(b)
A government or governmental subdivision or agency.
(c)
A partnership or joint venture.
(d)
A limited liability company.
(e)
A labor organization, labor federation, labor council, or labor committee, that is governed by a constitution or bylaws. As used in this subdivision, “labor organization” means any organization of any kind, or any agency or employee representation committee or plan, where employees participate and which exists for the purpose, in whole or in part, of dealing with employers concerning grievances, labor disputes, wages, rates of pay, hours of employment, or conditions of work.
